We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers essential to our operations:

• Sanity.io – content management and storage (data publicly queryable but not indexed by search engines)
• Cloudinary – image hosting and optimization pipeline
• Vercel – hosting and traffic
• Google Analytics – optional, loaded only after explicit consent

4. Data Security

Your data is stored within Sanity’s EU infrastructure using their free-tier plan. This means portfolio data is publicly queryable but not indexed, as portfolios are meant for public viewing.

• Uploaded media is hosted on Cloudinary with unsigned upload presets limited to Expertly’s namespace.
• Our Vercel deployment enforces HTTPS, uses secure environment variables, and ensures only published content is visible to the public.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

We retain your onboarding submission data and published portfolio content for as long as it remains active on our platform and for up to 12 months after deactivation, unless you request deletion sooner.
